Set Of French Ceramic Cheese Moulds / Faisselle

This set of French faisselle were used as a mould for shaping/draining cheese. A staple of the French countryside, cheese is often made on even the smallest of farms.

One does have a hairline crack on the side that can be seen in the photos.

This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
