Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All items will be dispatched from our facility fully insured by respected international couriers.

Delivery is kerbside at your address. It does not include bringing into your property, or removal from packaging unless specifically agreed (with additional fees).

PACKAGING

Some items will be dispatched in timber cases with suitable protective layers inside. Occasionally for smaller items, we will use high grade cardboard packaging with suitable protective layers inside.

 

IMPORT DUTIES, FEES & PROCESS

OUR COURIERS MAKE TWO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH THE COURIER FIRM WITHIN THEIR SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT, THE ITEM A WILL BE EITHER BE RETURNED TO US (POINT 4 BELOW RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES) OR IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES DESTROYED (NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN). IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ENGAGE WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY WHEN THEY CONTACT YOU. THEY MAY ALSO REQUIRE DETAILS FROM YOU SUCH AS ID, SIGNATURE OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

USA

The price paid at checkout includes delivery, import duties, taxes and tariffs. Our courier will process customs paperwork. For some items, USA customs require an identity form to be completed by the customer which can be completed online. You (the customer) must complete this within 5 days of notification, otherwise USA customs will return the items to us. In this case, our returns policy will apply, including restocking fee (see below). if the items cannot be delivered, our returns policy will apply (see below)

CANADA

The price paid at checkout includes delivery, import duties, taxes (GST/HST) and tariffs. Our courier will process customs paperwork. After dispatch, if the items cannot be delivered, our returns policy will apply (see below)

AUSTRALIA

The price paid at checkout includes delivery, import duties, and taxes. Our courier will process customs paperwork. After dispatch, if the items cannot be delivered, our returns policy will apply (see below). Please note that although we regularly ship to Australia, ABF policies do mean that some items (especially wood) can be subject to further checks and delays outside of our control. If further costs are incurred, for this, it is at our cost.

EU & UK

The price paid at checkout includes delivery and all import duties, charges and import VAT/TVA. After dispatch, if the items cannot be delivered, our returns policy will apply (see below)

REST OF WORLD

Contact us to confirm if any additional charges will be due. We will check on a case by case basis. After dispatch, if the items cannot be delivered, our returns policy will apply, including restocking fee (see below)
