RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your items, we accept returns based on the following conditions:

 1. You (the customer) must request a return slip by emailing bonjour(at)maisonlaubarede.com before dispatching the item.

2. This request must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery.

3. You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of the return. This includes packing the item, shipping costs, insurance and import duties into France. We may be able to help with organising the logistics of the return, but cannot guarantee this.

4. Due to high shipping costs, If you reside outside of the EU/UK, your return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the refund.

5. Our couriers make two delivery attempts. If you do not make contact with the courier firm within their specified time limit, the item a will be either be returned to us (Point 4 restocking fee applies) or in some circumstances destroyed (no refund will be given). It is imperative that you engage with the shipping company when they contact you.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days

We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items.

The returned item must be in the same condition as when sold. Any damages are the responsibility of you (the customer). Any item returned damaged will not be refunded.

 

DAMAGES POLICY

It is important that you check the items received immediately upon delivery, prior to signing for the items. If there is damage, you must follow the below:

1. Notify the delivery person of the damage at time of delivery
2. Ensure the delivery person records a clear description of the damage and ensure there are photos taken. Please retain a copy of this evidence.
3. Neither us or our shipping company can be held liable for damage that is not reported at the time of delivery.
4. If you discover damage, please contact us immediately using the contact us form on the website
