Set Of French Ceramic Cheese Moulds / Faisselle

This set of French faisselle were used as a mould of shaping/draining cheese. A staple of the French countryside, cheese is often made on even the smallest of farms. Each one has a stamp that shows the size.

This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
