Pair Of Antique Glazed Confiture Pots

Dating from the mid 19th Century, these confiture pots are fully glazed on the interior and exterior.

Both have a makers mark of L.M & Cie made at the Creil et Montreau pottery works, and date from the mid 1800's. This shape and design are hard to find.

This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
