This antique French umbrella stand is made of cast iron and painted an off white. Through the chipping paint, you can see hints of its original blue color.
Great for your entranceway, it is designed to catch water run off from umbrellas, as well as being an elegant storage solution. This would have been seen in every maison de maitre and grand house.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
