Antique French Marble Mortar & Pestle

This antique French marble mortar is quadrilobed and comes with a wood pestle, which dates from much later.

The light coloured marble with subtle veining has a warm appearance and a pleasing smooth texture.

A unique item that is both beautiful and practical. This would look fantastic on a kitchen island or display shelf. It is heavy!
