Dating from the late 19th Century, this pot is glazed like a traditional French confit pot. Made from terracotta, the glaze is mottled and aged with parts of the terracotta showing through.
It has had two holes drilled din the bottom for drainage.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
