Antique French Green Oil Jug

Handmade in the South West of France, this antique earthenware oil decanter has plenty of character.

The top half has a green glaze mottled by time. It has great patterns from wear, various marks, indentations and the bottom half is unglazed.

This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal. It has not been tested for water-tightness, and is sold as a decorative object.
