A lovely ornate cast-iron medici urn, dating from the early 20th Century. With finely fluted details and a circular base. Medici urns became an important feature of French garden design in the 18th Century and have continued to be popular ever since. Can be beautifully styled indoors or outdoors as a decorative object or as a planter.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
