Dating from the late 19th Century, this confiture pot is fully glazed on the interior and exterior in pale yellow, with discolouration adding a charming patina of warm natural tones and a unique pattern.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal. It has not been tested for water-tightness, and is sold as a decorative object. It has some slight chips on the underside as shown in the photos.
