This antique carved chair is from the Alsace region of France. Dating from the mid 1850's, its hand carved dark wood is an impressive artisan creation. This style is traditional, but each piece is unique.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
