A beautiful vintage French LOUIS ROEDERER champagne cooler. This bucket wouldn't have been on sale to the public, but given to restaurants and high-end drinking establishments to use for serving champagne.
It was made by ARGIT who are based in Reims, the centre of Champagne production.
It can be used for serving wine and champagne, but also for floral arrangements.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
