Dating from the late 19th Century, this confiture pot is fully glazed on the interior and exterior in yellow ochre. Made from terracotta, the glaze is crackled and aged with a hand-painted brown highlight around the base.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal. This product has not been tested for water-tightness.
