An antique French wooden decoy duck dating from the early 1900's. It is handpainted and has a beautiful patina with the odd scrape and mark that really adds to its character.
It does have previously repaired breaks to the neck and beak, as expected from an original used decoy.
This is a very old and well used item with many decades of use. As such, it has age-related marks, scratches and scrapes which enhance its rustic appeal.
